ULTRASKY DELIVERIES
- Our average turn-around for delivery is 7-10 working days, from when the order was placed.
- The Roof & Glass will come on separate deliveries & can come on different days.
- Please ensure that you don’t book your installers/builders in until it has been delivered, in case of any delays.
- Please check all items of the Roof and Glass for damaged or missing items, if there is any damages or missing items please contact us immediately for us to rectify ASAP.
- If anything gets damaged or broken after it has been delivered, the replacements will be chargeable.
- There can be delays on deliveries due to transport or stock issues, we are not accountable for these & we are unable to offer money off or discounts.
- Someone will need to be available to receive the Roof & Glass on the delivery dates given.
- There is a no returns policy due to all our Lanterns being made to your bespoke sizes.

FLAT GLASS DELIVERIES
- Our average turn-around for delivery is 2-3 weeks, from when the order was placed.
- The Frame & Glass will come on the same wagon, the Kerb will come on the same wagon if ordered as well.
- Please ensure that you don’t book your installers/builders in until it has been delivered, in case of any delays.
- Please check all items of the Frame and Glass for damaged or missing items, if there is any damages or missing items please contact us immediately for us to rectify ASAP.
- If anything gets damaged or broken after it has been delivered, the replacements will be chargeable.
